Up for auction is a near perfect 2001 Mountain cat 1000 with a ton of extras. I purchased the machine with 56 miles on it and a blown motor, the carbs were never jetted for lower altitude and you all know what that does to a triple. I had a 900 built with a 1000 kit and had it fully ported and polished. It has psi triple pipes and stingers, D&D power breather, Vforce Reeds and properly jetted and tuned flat slide carbs that were also polished. I put on a Avenger Racepak with triple egt probes to monitor the engine plus it does a ton more. I wanted more of a user friendly sled not just a deep powder sled so I widened the sled from 39″ to 41″ and put Act remote reservoir clicker shocks on the front. Added a front sway bar for stability in the corners since mountain cats do not have them. On the rear the front skid shock is a act remote reservoir and remote adjustable shock and the rear is a upgraded act shock. It has a new 1 1/4″ track for the lower snow conditions here. The machine has reverse and a remote plug for accesories. It has a green snow flap, team arctic low windshield and green hood screens. I will include all of the original suspension pieces if someone wants to change it back to stock, will also include the stock pipes and can and airbox. The machine has always been stored inside and I only use for synthetic oil which I premix since these motors are so sensitive.
