THE PLASTICS HAVE SOME MINOR SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES FROM REGULAR USE. THE FRAME IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND HAS NO CRACKS BENDS OR REPAIRS. SOME PARTS HAVE SOME MINOR SURFACE RUST AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. OIL INJECTION HAS BEEN BLOCKED OFF AND PREMIX IS REQUIRED. HAS BRAND NEW HANDLEBARS, GRIPS, AND GRAPHICS.
